PVC windows and doors
PVC remains the material with the best ratio between the performance achieved and the budget invested.
In homes, offices or apartment buildings, PVC joinery that is well chosen and properly installed visibly reduces heat loss and external noise, without asking for any special maintenance over time.
We build our PVC joinery on Kömmerling systems, a German profile manufacturer within the profine group. We work the 70, 76 and 88 mm platforms, with either a double seal or a centre seal, with or without external aluminium cladding.
The type of opening, the hand, the hardware and the geometry are agreed together before anything goes into production. We do not work to off-the-shelf sizes.

Hardware for PVC windows and doors
The profile delivers the declared performance; the hardware decides whether it is kept. Handles, surface-mounted and concealed hinges, barrel hinges for doors, semi-automatic locking and level thresholds.

On PVC joinery the window hardware and the door locks are Winkhaus, and the handles are Roto and greenteQ. The burglar resistance class does not come from the profile but from the combination of keeps in the frame, locking points and handle — all three have to be to the required class, and the decision is taken before production.
- Tilt-and-turn hardware with surface-mounted or concealed hinges
- Handles plain, keyed or with a thumbturn, in several design lines
- Key-operated multi-point locks, in hook, bolt or deadbolt versions
- Semi-automatic multi-point lock for the entrance door
- Level thresholds, integrated into the profile system
Why PVC
What the material gives you
Thermal insulation
Multi-chamber profiles and sealing gaskets limit heat loss around the perimeter of the window, which is exactly where it usually occurs.
Acoustic insulation
The combination of profile and glazing unit is chosen according to how much noise comes from outside: a busy road, a town centre or a quiet neighbourhood.
Minimal maintenance
PVC needs no painting and no periodic treatment. Ordinary cleaning and a check of the hardware are enough.
Long-term stability
The material neither rots nor rusts, and the profile keeps its geometry even where there is a large temperature difference between inside and out.
Made to order
Every window and every door is made to the sizes set for the project, not to standard sizes.
The look of aluminium, where it is wanted
The versions with external aluminium cladding give the colour freedom of aluminium while keeping the thermal behaviour of PVC.
Applications

Colours for PVC windows and doors
The PVC profile is coloured with foil, while the external aluminium cladding is powder coated. These are two different technologies with different ranges, which is why we show them separately.
External foil for white profile, from the stock range: plain RAL colours and wood-structure decors. Each decor is shown with the sample, the name and the article number published by RENOLIT.

The samples above are the images published by RENOLIT for each decor in the stock range, together with the official name and article number. What appears on screen does not replace the physical sample: shade and structure are confirmed against a swatch, before ordering. The stock range is not the whole catalogue — RENOLIT also produces decors to order. Official RENOLIT list ↗
The external aluminium cladding
On the clad systems — AluClip for windows and for the panelled door — the external face is no longer foil but powder-coated aluminium. It is ordered to a RAL code, matt or textured, while the PVC interior stays within the foil range above.
The two faces are chosen independently: textured anthracite outside and white or a wood effect inside, on the same window.

The samples above are photographs of the powder coating cards. Only these finishes are used for the aluminium cladding: no the wood effects apply, nor does anodising, which is a different technology. The colour shown on screen may differ from the physical sample; the final shade is confirmed against a sample, on the code ordered.
