The panelled door is not a separate platform but a sash with an integrated panel, built on the Millennium Plus 70 and Millennium Plus 80 systems. The panel goes into the sash rather than over it, so that the leaf reads as a single continuous surface.
For this system the manufacturer declares two equipment options that do not appear on the ordinary doors in the range: a flush handle with LED lighting and opening by fingerprint.
The dimensions and the maximum weight of the sash change when concealed hinges are used. Both sets of values are published below, exactly as the manufacturer gives them.
The panel is integrated into the sash, with thicknesses between 33 and 80 mm on the 80 mm platform and between 23 and 70 mm on the 70 mm one. The system is tested to a million opening and closing cycles and to soft-body impact.

CORTIZO publishes no thermal transmittance value for the panelled door, because it depends on the panel chosen and on the platform it is built on. The value is calculated on the actual configuration, starting from the Millennium Plus 70 or 80 system.

Integration with an access control system — fingerprint, keypad, card reader or door entry — is settled before manufacture, because it is a matter of the wiring in the frame.
The thermal transmittance values published by CORTIZO are minimum values for the system, conditional on the typology, on the dimensions of the joinery and on the glazing unit. The actual value of an assembly is established by calculation, on the configuration actually ordered.

Choosing the configuration
The system offers a range; the project asks for a value. We settle the version, the glazing unit and the typology from the actual requirements of the building, not from the maximum on the data sheet.
Calculation on the actual assembly
The transmittance of a window depends on the frame-to-glass ratio. We calculate it on the actual dimensions of the openings, not on the laboratory specimen.
Our own production
Cutting, machining, assembly and glazing in our own workshop in Baia Mare, on original CORTIZO profile and with hardware approved for the system.
Installation and handover
We install with our own teams, including abroad, and hand the job over with its documents. The warranty is the one published on our warranties page.
