A large-format slider, with up to 8 leaves, 4 tracks and full retraction into the wall.
4900 HI is the high-capacity slider in the range: up to 8 leaves, up to 4 tracks, full retraction into the wall and the possibility of a 90º corner with no mullion. The leaf can reach 2,200 × 3,000 mm and 240 kg.
The system has two versions, with different tables: the standard one, with a 48 mm sash, and the perimeter-sash one, of 46 mm, which changes both the transmittance and the glazing rebate.
A dash means that the data sheet for that version does not declare that value. We have not filled it in with the value of another version.

The standard version
The standard version, with a 48 mm sash and a glazing rebate of up to 36 mm. It is the only one of the two that allows a 90º corner with no mullion and retraction into the wall.

The perimeter-sash version, of 46 mm. The declared transmittance is better than on the standard version, but the glazing rebate is smaller, and the data sheet mentions neither a 90º corner nor retraction into the wall.

Both versions are published by CORTIZO in the same document.
The thermal transmittance values published by CORTIZO are minimum values for the system, conditional on the typology, on the dimensions of the joinery and on the glazing unit. The actual value of an assembly is established by calculation, on the configuration actually ordered.

Choosing the configuration
The system offers a range; the project asks for a value. We settle the version, the glazing unit and the typology from the actual requirements of the building, not from the maximum on the data sheet.
Calculation on the actual assembly
The transmittance of a window depends on the frame-to-glass ratio. We calculate it on the actual dimensions of the openings, not on the laboratory specimen.
Our own production
Cutting, machining, assembly and glazing in our own workshop in Baia Mare, on original CORTIZO profile and with hardware approved for the system.
Installation and handover
We install with our own teams, including abroad, and hand the job over with its documents. The warranty is the one published on our warranties page.
