A 52 mm mullion and transom, in five versions: SG structural, SST and ST semi-structural, TP and TPH capped.
The 52 series is the slim line of the CORTIZO façades: a 52 mm mullion and transom in the internal dimension, with stackable thermal break profiles of 6, 12 and 30 mm, which allow the performance to be adjusted without changing the geometry.
The five versions differ in the way the glass is held on the outside and, as a result, in what is seen from the street. SG is the structural solution, with bonded glass; SST and ST are semi-structural; TP and TPH are the capped versions, with the widest range of cover profiles.
All five carry British CWCT certification and allow concealed projecting opening, with a leaf of up to 2,500 × 2,500 mm and 180 kg. TP 52 is the only version in the series that also declares concealed parallel opening and concealed tilt and turn, each with its own limits.
The only version in the series that declares three kinds of concealed opening: projecting, parallel and tilt and turn. Each has its own dimensional and weight limits.

The values come from the official English data sheet for system 26 in the CORTIZO catalogue, checked against the French data sheet for the same system. The sheet CORTIZO serves at the Romanian address for this system in fact describes TP 62; we have not used it.

The thermal transmittance values published by CORTIZO are minimum values for the system, conditional on the typology, on the dimensions of the joinery and on the glazing unit. The actual value of an assembly is established by calculation, on the configuration actually ordered.
From system to finished joinery
What we do with this system
Choosing the configuration
The system offers a range; the project asks for a value. We settle the version, the glazing unit and the typology from the actual requirements of the building, not from the maximum on the data sheet.
Calculation on the actual assembly
The transmittance of a window depends on the frame-to-glass ratio. We calculate it on the actual dimensions of the openings, not on the laboratory specimen.
Our own production
Cutting, machining, assembly and glazing in our own workshop in Baia Mare, on original CORTIZO profile and with hardware approved for the system.
Installation and handover
We install with our own teams, including abroad, and hand the job over with its documents. The warranty is the one published on our warranties page.
